Because Tusculum’s Master’s program is based on the ISD model, we were expected to become proficient at job, task, organization, and “person” analysis.
No one on my team had ever heard the phrase “learning gap,” much less done a detailed needs analysis. Since I had pretty substantial experience, they asked me to “take the lead.” In reality, their “work requirements” became a requirement for me to do the whole thing.
