The Workplace Learner

Early in our program at Tusculum, my team created a presentation that turned out very well.

The presentation was an overview of key points in William Rothwell’s The Workplace Learner: How to Align Training Initiatives with Individual Competencies (good book, by the way).

Each of us prepared a few bits of text, then I created the Powerpoint slides. We each presented “our” slides. I had responsibility for “Trends Affecting the Learner” and the summary. You can view the presentation by clicking here (PDF format).

This presentation has happy memories. My entire cohort group found out I’m a huge fan of Peter Senge, and that became the source of good-natured teasing for a few weeks. That was, of course, before the teams’ and group’s personality began to shift.
