After writing my capstone paper in HRD 649, I revised and submitted it for publication.
The revisions were based on feedback from David Pearce Snyder, one of the sources in my paper. I sent him a copy of the finished document, and he completely surprised me by writing editorial comments that made the work much more publishable.
I have submitted it to the Journal of Career and Technical Education, a peer-reviewed journal.
