Peer Review of Teaching

I only have one example of a recent peer review of my teaching, although I have been reviewed several times.

The individual who evaluated me watched for about 20 minutes while I was doing a pre-final exam review.  And, he has a completely different pedagogical style/educational philosophy from me.  Given that, however, I think the evaluation is fair.
