Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model

My team at Tusculum was assigned to prepare a graphical representation of Kirkpatrick’s 4-level evaluation model.

This was before our team started to become ineffective. We brainstormed a design, and one of the team members created a chart for distribution. You can view a PDF file of the chart here.
