One thing my Tusculum team was good at from the beginning was developing graphical models.
This is a version of a Needs Assessment Model that we created and presented to our class. I don’t have the final version because someone else did the actual layout on this.*

*It was before the “work requirements,” work-related travel, and pre-planned vacations cut into the others’ participation. I know that sounds a little crabby, but I missed ONE class in a year.
