Curriculum Model & Training Needs Analysis

An on-going theme throughout my individual projects at Tusculum was a learning gap that existed among students and faculty at the college where I was a department chair.

In two separate Tusculum courses, I prepared document related to this problem.

One document was a proposed curriculum model for teaching basic Microsoft Windows to students and faculty. You can view that document by clicking here (PDF).

Another document was designed for presentation to the academic committee at the college. The academic committee had to review all proposals for new courses as the first step in the approval process. That document is entitled Student Training Needs Analysis: Basic Microsoft Windows User Interface, File Management & Printing.

You can view the document by clicking here (PDF).

I also created a supplemental Instructional Strategies Selection Chart for the Tusculum course where I submitted the Needs Analysis. You can view that document by clicking here (PDF).
