I attended this workshop at the invitation of a state hospital executive for whom I created a training module in the HRD 698 Independent Study course.
I attended this one-day workshop. Despite my high hopes for it, the event was a complete waste of time because it did not come close to accomplishing what it set out to do — brainstorm and develop ideas to enhance the workforce in our region through education.
