In the Instructional Design course at Tusculum, we were required to complete a training proposal in hard copy and Powerpoint formats.
One of the Tusculum courses required preparation of a detailed lesson plan, beginning with analysis and ending with a minimal evaluation tool.
One should expect that, after nearly a year in the program, all members of my Tusculum team would be producing high-quality, graduate-level work.
One thing my Tusculum team was good at from the beginning was developing graphical models.
Because Tusculum’s Master’s program is based on the ISD model, we were expected to become proficient at job, task, organization, and “person” analysis.
